The Sport Fishing Championship (SFC) reached out to IG to create a world-class experience to showcase the sport of saltwater fishing, positively impact the local economies of incredible fishing towns, and continuously improve competition around championship tournaments rich with history and championship pedigree.


IG created a full-service mobile tour complete with every tool needed to successfully activate at various stops along the Atlantic Coast, Gulf Coast, and the Caribbean. Instead of just making it all about a fishing tournament, we made it an experience complete with a themed drone show, a Taste of the SFC VIP experience, a Guy Harvey kids camp, and a way to celebrate with the various communities.

We developed and created an in-studio and on-site studio made for live television broadcast, as each tournament was aired live on CBS Sports. In addition, IG created a fully branded on-site experience with inflatable tents, 4-dimensional pillars, and other key visuals not only for SFC, but also for their brand partners. Activation components designed o draw attention to this new brand. We even helped the SFC team develop and create a celebrity fishing tournament with NFL athletes called “The Catch” which also aired on CBS.
